• 2-3 person staff

 

Amenity Food Hall Model:

• 5,000+ square feet

• Three Super Concepts (Vessel, Project X, Sousviderie)

• Full Staff

 

Craft Food Hall Model

• 5,000+ square feet

• Three Super Concepts (Vessel, Project X, Sousviderie) AND their individual subconcepts

• Fully operational Bar and self pour beer wall 

• Full Staff
