Do new members need to verify their Rewards account before they redeem rewards?
YES. New members must verify their rewards account, which just takes one click.
How can I redeem rewards?
Rewards can only be redeemed during in-person or online purchases. Rewards cannot be redeemed with any 3rd Party online ordering providers (Doordash, Ubereats, etc.)
Why can’t I apply a reward to an order?

Confirm that all items were added to the cart BEFORE applying any rewards to the order.

For category specific rewards, confirm that the member has an item from that category in their account. For example, a member must have a drink in their cart to redeem “Free Can of Soda”.

Confirm that you haven’t applied two discounts.
What if I want to redeem more than one reward?
Members cannot redeem more than one reward per order.
What if I pay with a gift card?
Members cannot earn points from purchases made with gift cards.
